Challenge: How to use art, specifically portraits, to help connect Winston’s affluent areas to 14 poor neighborhoods that often don’t feel the vibrant “arts and innovation” of our city.
Solution: Extend our city’s arts district with a plan to build a 14 neighborhood “drive-thru gallery” that features our less privileged residents and leaders in the largest two and three-story ‘portrait park” in the world.
